Afraid you may not be satisfied with your
purchase from Wagawoo? There's no reason to worry! We accept returns of
merchandise within 30 days of invoice date.

Wagawoo will accept returns of products within
30 days of invoice date subject to the terms and conditions below:*
Unopened
Merchandise
All merchandise require a Return Authorization
Number for which the original packaging is unopened. This must be within 30 days
of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original and
return shipping charges. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on
regular items and a 20% restocking fee for special order items.
Opened New Unused Merchandise
All merchandise require a Return Authorization
for which the original packaging is opened. This must be within 30 days of
invoice date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original and return
shipping charges. Returned products must be in new unused condition, including
the original box and all other original packaging, manuals and accessories.
Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on regular items
and a 20% restocking fee for special order items.
Defective Merchandise
In order for any product(s) purchased from Wagawoo
to be determined defective, it must be returned to Wagawooand accompanied by a
Return Authorization Number within the specified warranty period and terms. Wagawoo
does not do extended warranties. Wagawoo is not responsible for shipments that
are lost or damaged in the return process. Wagawoo is also not responsible for
shipping charges past the first 30 days. Products found to be defective from
original workmanship will be replaced or credited, at customer request.
Products found to be non-defective, will be returned to the customer at their
expense.
Shipping Discrepancies
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within
5 days of delivery.
Shipments Damaged in Transit
Any product(s) damaged in transit must be
reported to Wagawoo within 5 days of delivery. All original packaging must be
held with damaged product(s).
How to
Return Merchandise
Contact our customer service representatives to
receive a Return Authorization Number.
If the requested return adheres to the return
policies outlined above, our customer service representatives will issue a
Return Authorization Number and provide further instructions for returning the
product(s). The Return Authorization Number must be included on the packing
label for any returned item.
Please pack the product(s) to be returned in the
original packaging. You will need to prepay shipping charges, and be sure to
insure the shipment, unless the return involves a defective product as
determined by Wagawoo and our customer service representatives have arranged
for pickup. Wagawoo is not responsible for product(s) returned that are lost or
damaged in transit. Wagawoo is not responsible for any product(s) damaged from
improper packaging.
Please note, any product(s) returned to Wagawoo
without a Return Authorization Number becomes the property of Wagawoo and Wagawoo
is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement for such returned products.
International Orders: Wagawoo is not responsible
for return shipping costs for any orders outside of Canada.
